These troopers are the 501, division D, Core 30, squad 10, Palpatine's bodyguards during the battle of Corscant. They fell in battle with Grevious, except the commander, who was badly wounded, and survived untill master Windu got there, was evaced, and let troops on Mygetto, He shot Ki-Adi-Mundi, he's Commander Barcarra.

These things look truly awesome in the transport. Not fully articulating, and no peg-holes in the feet are only drawbacks. My boy'll go nuts Christmaas morning.
